The list of current Licensees, found below, contains the complete list of following license types: Check Cashers, Check Sellers, Debt Collectors, Foreign Transmittal Agencies, Insurance Premium Finance Agencies, Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Companies, Retail Installment Finance Companies, and Small Loan Companies.
The Licensees listed in the links below are active and authorized to conduct business in Massachusetts. Any Licensee appearing on the list and identified by a license expiration date that occurred in the past, remains authorized to conduct the licensed business while the processing of the license renewal remains ongoing.
