Search for EMTs Certified by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health

This online resource allows you to look up only currently certified Emergency Medical Technician's (EMT-Basic, EMT-Intermediate or EMT-Paramedic) in the Commonwealth. Searches must use exact spellings, and/or city/town listings, and/or zip code listings. You may need to search several times or use the most general search to look up an individual. For example, John Jones residing in Boston may be listed as John Jones residing in Dorchester, or vice versa. Mary Jones residing in Feeding Hills may be listed as Mary Smith (name change) residing in Agawam. Zip code 01109-5876 will NOT appear in search using zip code 01109.

EMTs with expired certifications and EMT candidates do not appear in this on-line resource. Contact Massachusetts Office of Emergency Medical Services in writing for information on expired/lapsed EMTs and/or EMT candidates. This system is updated monthly. However, due to the frequency of name changes, address changes, legibility of application information, you should contact the Massachusetts Office of Emergency Medical Services in writing when requiring official verification of status of any individual EMT.
